HOW AND WHEN TO USE GO ENERGY ISOTONIC GEL
Each GO Energy Isotonic Gel sachet contains 22 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on your sport or event, you should aim to consume 1-3+ gels every hour to reach a 60g-90g target intake. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Tear off the top of the packaging and squeeze the contents into your mouth as and when required.

These are great. I was using another product which I liked but this one is better because its not too sweet and sticky. The other product I was using was very sticky I guess it has more sugar in it not good if you get it on your hands and gloves. The SIS gel is really easy to digest and this flavour is not sickly. I will be using this one in future I really like it.

Firstly the price is perfect. The gel is easy to take and goes down without water. It's easy to take on race day. The flavour is not amazing but it's better than alot of gels and isn't bad enough for you to spit it out like other gels.

I quite like this flavour so they're easy to take, and they have just the right consistency (not too liquid, so no mess, not too thick, so no need to have water at the same time). Definitely feel the effect quickly when starting to flag on long runs.

Great selection of gels - Fruit Salad flavour is amazing. These have made a big difference to me on long rides - early on and consistently taken and I am able to keep going for much longer and recover better. Also the texture/flavour is great- not overly sweet or thick - requires no extra swigs of water.

I actually really like the taste of these & they're easy to use. It took me a while to be able to remove the tab smoothly, but once I'd done it a couple of times they became easy to use while training. Great product & great flavours (the vanilla & cherry are absolutely delicious!!)
