Conditions of participation Giro d'Italia competition

SUMMARY

The competition will run during the Giro d'Italia from 6 May 2022 to 29 May 2022.

By registering for the competition, each participant has an equal chance of winning.

Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

Available to residents in Europe (exluding UK, Italy, Spain & Germany).

ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open only to legal residents of Europe (exluding UK, Italy, Spain & Germany) who are eighteen [18] years of age or older at the time of entry.

ENTRY PERIOD: Registration for the competition is possible from 6th to 29th May at scienceinsport.com/eu. To participate, a valid e-mail address of the participant is required.

ENTRY LIMIT: Each person can only enter once. Duplicated email addresses will be removed post entry.

CHALLENGE REQUIREMENT: In order to be deemed as having completed the challenge, one single activity of 2.5 hours or more must be undertaken.

PRIZES: Every registered person has the chance to win a signed Egan Bernal jersey & a Beta Fuel Bundle.

Bundle includes 15x Beta Fuel 80, 6x Beta Fuel Gel, 6x Beta Fuel Gel+ Nootropics, and 6x Beta Fuel Chew Bar.

Upon completion, each challenge finisher will receive a link to sign up for a 15% discount code to be used across scienceinsport.com and inclusive of any existing promotions.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Science in Sport. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the Prize is allowed. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Science in Sport's sole and absolute discretion. Science in Sport reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. No returns policy is applicable to the Prize once sent to the Winner.

Registration must be made by 29th May 2022. All registrations after this date will not be considered.

TERMINATION OF COMPETITION: We may vary the terms of, or terminate, a Competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. We will not award the prize if the Competition is terminated.

DECISIONS FINAL: All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the codes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into.

AILURE TO ENFORCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or the Prize Winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the competition and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive, release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any and all claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the competition or from the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof), including without limitation, any personal injury, death or damage to persons or property.

LAWS: These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
