THE ROLE
The UK Marketplace Account Manager will be responsible for executing the Global Marketplace strategy across all Marketplaces within the UK. The primary function of this role will be to drive best in class Amazon product pages, drive sell out across all marketplaces, report back on key metrics and work closely with key stakeholders, including Brand, Marketing, Supply chain and Customer Service.

The Work - Your 4 most important responsibilities

1. Drive market share in key subcategories in line with the business and Global Marketplace strategy

2. Deliver robust forecasting for all managed accounts at a SKU level

3. Report on key metrics,  competitor analysis along with recommendations

4. Drive efficiency to improve margin, reduce charge backs and shortages

 

 

Accountability – what you are responsible for delivering

·        Manage the end-to-end operational aspects of the Amazon channel including fulfilment and customer services

·        Deliver a monthly sell in forecast in collaboration with the Supply Chain team

·        Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sell in and sell out targets

·        Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to improve product display pages

·        Work daily with the Brand specialist to drive the Science in Sport business on Amazon forward

·        Using tool to deliver best in class product pages

·        Identify market shifts whilst being fully aware of new products, technologies, and competition status

·        Create and optimise product listings with the support of the Product Creation team

Experience

·        With Amazon Vendor Central and launching new products on Amazon

·        Managing third party stakeholders

·        Familiarity with supply chain principles and ways of working to forecast inventory required by customers
