Beta Fuel Gels

The Beta gels are some of the best products on the market. Definite boost over an extended period of time and easy on the stomach. Prefer to orange flavour to the strawberry but sold out on last order.

The product itself is great. It is just sometimes the larger volume of gels box breaks pretty easily.

Great taste, easy on the stomach and good nutrition. Slightly expensive but a good quality product.

As an ultra runner the higher amount of carbs reduces what I have to carry on long runs/races which is great. I also find that I don't have stomach problems with this product.

A quick boost for sustained energy requirements during intense road/ gravel cycling races. The most effective energy gel I have used so far by a long shot.

I use the Beta Fuel gels for my long run workouts and they work good for me. They are quiet expensive though. With 80g per hour you need 4-6 gels per long run which is 11-17€ per session. In a 20 week program equates to eyedropping 300+€ in gels.

Great product works for me

First attempt was a good try.

Strawberry and lime perfect before a race due to more carbs, flavour lovely.

Very Short shelf life

I find this gel more liquid in texture which I find much easier to take while running, taste is good for me and higher carbs makes for less to carry on longer runs.

Go down smooth. You can feel the power punch within 10 min.

The 40g carb gels are a game changer. Just 4 needed to perfectly fuel a marathon on Sunday, so easy to stick in pockets/belt. Taste good, easy to consume even at pace with 4/5 miles to go. My go-to marathon and ultra gels

I need 60g of carbs per hour, so I use one sachet of the BETA gels and one sachet of the normal. They keep me fueled for all my endurance events.

Only tried on one run like strawberry and lime ones and using the same fuelling strategy, this flavour wasn't as easy on my stomach
