Very useful for the latter stages of a long race when you need a ‘pick me up’ to get a strong finish!! Follow the SIS guidance and don’t use more than a couple per race. Always useful to have these handy!

Tra i migliori prodotti provati, buon sapore e otttima ricarica per affrontare la fatica di salite impegnative dopo molti chilometri. Difficili da trovare come prodotti concorrenti ma sul sito sempre disponibili, un po’ più cari rispetto alla medi di altri marchi ma La spesa è ripagata dall’ottima resa.

I tried this BETA gel on a long run, usually use the SIS gels however the consistency and taste didn’t agree with me, so will stick to just using the BETA strawberry & lime before a race and the SIS gels during.
