I've never tried energy gels before and I was taken by surprise. The flavours were really nice even the ones that I wouldn't normally choose. The texture for me was kind of hard to swallow as it really is a thick gel but it did get easier the more I took them. Although, what really shocked me was that they actually gave me energy, because I've never gotten energy from anything before. Overall, I really like these gels and think they're amazing for giving me the energy I need to finish a workout.
