These are great. I was using another product which I liked but this one is better because its not too sweet and sticky. The other product I was using was very sticky I guess it has more sugar in it not good if you get it on your hands and gloves. The SIS gel is really easy to digest and this flavour is not sickly. I will be using this one in future I really like it.

V tasty. Good steady energy release. NOt like some others eg. GU which give a bit more of a hit. I found they really kept me going well all day. Especially noticed toward the end of a long King Alfred Way day when I still had legs to make good time up the hills.

Really easy to consume on the bike and keep you going, would have a 5 but I find them slightly hard to open on the move. Probably better than leaking into for best cycling jersey though.

I quite like this flavour so they're easy to take, and they have just the right consistency (not too liquid, so no mess, not too thick, so no need to have water at the same time). Definitely feel the effect quickly when starting to flag on long runs.

FEELS like its doing something, but not my favourite taste or texture

I use a lot of these gels (mainly orange or tropical) for running. They taste quite good and are easily digestible. I have tried other brands, but they tasted awful!

Delicious! The SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel is my favourite energy gel by some margin. You can take it without water which is useful and I really notice the improvement in my running times. My favourite flavour is the limited edition rhubarb and custard (no longer available) but this is my second favourite. Recommended!

Very tasty and an excellent energy source for long days.

I love SiS Gels, as they are easy to consume whilst riding and give you an instant boost in energy. I use them in conjunction with Go Energy Powder and alternate between Gels and SiS Energy Cakes when on long rides. This ensures I get the energy to sustain my ride and stop me from bonking, as I have done in the past.

Great as a booster when you are feeling like the energy reserves are getting low or you know there is a bit of a nasty one in a few miles. It gets I to the system swiftly and no need to worry about hydrating as well.

I have been using this product and flavour for many years and is my go to. Will always try and use this product while running and or cycling.

I’ve used this product for all my marathon training and 3 marathons to date. It isn’t as sweet as some gels and I’m able to consume it successfully while running without undue digestive discomfort at the time. The tops are sometimes hard to tear off but otherwise no complaints- if you have to use gels, these are tolerable!
