Great product for on the move riding providing essential easy Carbs on longer rides.

No flagging when using this. I use on bike rides and long runs. It never gives my gut any grief. I do dentally drop a SiS hydro tab to compliment and stop potential cramps.

A great product that I use during longer rides and as a recovery drink after runs. Mixes easily, tastes good and is light on the stomach.

Use this powder in my bottles all the time, switch between GO Energy for winter and Electrolyte in the summer. Fulfils my needs perfectly and great value when on off.

Go Energy Powder is my go to SiS product. I use it in conjunction with SiS gels and energy bars, which ensures I am well fuelled throughout my ride. Before using SiS I use to suffer from bonking on longer rides. Since using SiS products, I haven't experienced any bonking.

If you want this with added electrolytes, make sure you get "GO Energy electrolyte". slight change in packaging appearance, made this mistake. However, tastes ok and mixes well after a lot of shaking.
