The taste is great. Amazing performance when using and its friendly to my gut. Whole family has been using it for races. But note, only use one for a long race and top up with other non Nootropic Gels. Because there is alot of caffein in it.

I tried this BETA gel on a long run, usually use the SIS gels however the consistency and taste didn’t agree with me, so will stick to just using the BETA strawberry & lime before a race and the SIS gels during.
