I really like these gels and have used them for runs from 5km to half marathons. All the flavours are terrific and none are too sweet and sickly.

I would give 5 stars for taste if the pack didn't include the Vanilla gel. I love all the fruit and citrus type flavours, but the Vanilla is just odd for me.

This product never fails to give me a boost when I feel my cycling energy levels starting to drop and it's got me up some big Yorkshire hills with energy to spare at the top, if I remember to eat one 15 mins before the climb.

Tried the tropical and the lime … so far! Easier to consume than the extremely thick and very sweet ‘beta’ range! Didn’t feel it was sticking my mouth together - quite refreshing to be fair!
