FEEL GOOD YOGA FLOW BY BEN AND COURTNEY KANUTE
This 30-minute yoga practice is suitable for all levels and will leave you feeling stretched, opened, and relaxed. Ben, an elite triathlete and Science in Sport Ambassador, and Courtney, a TV reporter turned yoga instructor, will lead you through the sequence. It focuses on pose-modifications and some advancements to take if you want a challenge. Try this flow as a work-day break or at the end of your day to help restore and regenerate muscles with deep twisting and breathwork.
