GENERAL
I ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU. DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO JOIN SIS+ REWARDS?
No. Existing customers are already part of our scheme, and all of your details (including existing loyalty points) are still available within ‘My Account.’
HOW CAN I SEE WHAT MEMBER LEVEL I AM?
Simply log in to your account and select the ‘SiS+ Rewards’ Tab. At the top of that page, it will show whether you are an Athlete member or an Elite member.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS HAVE A MEMBER PRICE?
If you are logged into your account, every product that has a membership price shows ‘your price’ messaging with the discount highlighted. If you are logged out, you can see what has a membership price by looking for the account icon before the price.
HOW TO I ACCESS MEMBER PRICING?
Simply create an account and stay logged in when browsing products.
HOW CAN I BECOME AN ELITE MEMBER?
Simply subscribe to your favorite product to become an Elite Member! View all the products available for subscription here.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
You will earn 5 points for every $1 you spend on our website. Remember to sign in to your Science in Sport account when purchasing to ensure your loyalty points are added. There are no exclusions to what you can earn points on.
HOW DO I USE THE LOYALTY POINTS TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
Once you have started collecting points (there’s no minimum to get started), these will automatically show in your account. You will see an option on the payment page within checkout to choose to pay with your Reward points. There are two tabs, one that allows you to choose to use ALL your points or CUSTOM, which allows you to pick how many points you would like to use against this purchase. Remember, you need to be logged into your account to be able to use your accumulated points against a purchase.
HOW DO I VIEW MY POINT BALANCE?
You can view and manage your points by accessing your account. Points can be accumulated and used at any point during the next 12 months. Points expire 12 months from the point they are acquired. For example, if you gain 10 points in January 2026, these 10 points will expire in January 2027.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT NEW CONTENT/PRODUCTS/DISCOUNTS HAVE BEEN ADDED TO SIS+ REWARDS?
The best way to stay up-to-date with everything Elite is to subscribe to our email marketing. That way, you’ll be first to know about new events, products, or exclusive partner discounts. You can update your email marketing preference within My Account > Newsletter subscriptions. Otherwise, you can check back on ‘My Account >SiS+ Rewards’ to view them.
CAN I GET PERSONALISED DISCOUNTS AND CONTENT AS AN ELITE MEMBER?
Tell us your favorite sport within ‘My Account > Newsletter Subscriptions’ to help us provide content that is more relevant to the sports you enjoy.
HOW DO I KEEP MY ELITE MEMBERSHIP STATUS?
Just remain subscribed to your favorite products!
I WANT TO CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION BUT DON’T WANT TO LOSE ELITE MEMBERSHIP STATUS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Did you know you can change the size and/or flavor of your subscription, as well as the frequency? Visit ‘My Account > Subscription Profiles’ to view your options without cancelling.
TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES
I MADE A PURCHASE BUT CANNOT SEE MY POINTS IN MY ACCOUNT
Points should show straight away in your account, however please allow up to three days from your products being dispatched for them to appear. If they are still not showing, please contact our Customer Service team who are happy to help.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ITEM THAT I USED LOYALTY POINTS TO PURCHASE?
When you return an order purchased on the website which you have paid for using reward points, the order will be refunded to you in the form of rewards points to the same value. This will go straight back to the account used to make the original purchase. Reward points cannot be transferred to cash or any other alternative.
HOW DO I LEAVE THE LOYALTY SCHEME?
We’d be sorry to see you go, but if you choose to leave, you can close your Rewards account by logging into your account or emailing our Customer Services team support@scienceinsport.com (opens in a new tab)
