Sleep is essential when it comes to overall wellbeing and athletic performance. Well rested athletes run faster, react quicker and perform better. That’s why our Performance Solutions team ran a research study in association with Liverpool John Moores University, to test the hypothesis that Rest+ could improve sleep latency (time to fall asleep) and total sleep time.
Participants didn’t know the purpose of the study to ensure no bias, their diet, exercise and light exposure were controlled and monitored to ensure fairness.
