SUGGESTED USE

Add one sachet (4.1g) to 16–17 oz (500ml) of cold water. Stir or shake until fully dissolved.

Consume 5-6 oz (150-175 ml) every 20 minutes during exercise. Best enjoyed immediately after mixing.

Research indicates that dehydration exceeding 3% of body mass impairs physical performance, particularly in warm or hot environments. When you sweat, you lose fluids and electrolytes, so replacing both is key to avoiding dehydration and staying at your best. DRINK BEFORE EXERCISE

Hydration starts before you train. Experts recommend drinking around 6-8 glasses of fluid per day, roughly 2,000ml for men and 1,600ml for women; and if the weather is hot or we are exercising, we need to drink even more.

Sweating leads to fluid and electrolyte loss, which can reduce blood volume and slow muscle recovery. On average, athletes lose 1.25–10 cups (0.3–2.4 liters) per hour through sweat. When dehydrated, heart rate rises, effort feels harder, and body temperature climbs faster. Starting your session hydrated and replacing lost electrolytes during training helps regulate temperature, maintain endurance, and delay fatigue.
