When should I take energy supplements?

It depends on your workout and intensity. For high-intensity training, supplement just before your session for a quick boost. For longer endurance sessions, fuel steadily throughout, aiming for 60–90g of carbs per hour. Be sure to practice during training, so you know which product and timing work best for your body.


Can I just use Caffeine Gels?

Everyone’s caffeine tolerance is different. Too much can hurt performance, so we recommend staying under 300mg total per event. Use GO Isotonic Energy Gels as your base and save GO Energy + Caffeine Gels for when you need a mental or physical lift, like the last stretch of a race or an intense training block.


What does Isotonic mean?

An isotonic gel has the same concentration of water, carbohydrates, and electrolytes as your body’s natural fluids, so it absorbs quickly without needing extra water. Allowing faster energy uptake and easier digestion, so you can fuel hard without the bloat.


How will the BETA Fuel Energy Gel give me more energy?
