It starts with observation: looking at your kit after training, paying attention to how you feel in the final third of hard sessions, and noticing whether your current hydration approach is actually working or whether you&#8217;ve been compensating for something you haven&#8217;t yet named.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every player needs to consider the climate and their sweat levels.
