Le Preview – INEOS Grenadiers at The Tour

You are about to witness the most beautiful depiction of hell. From Saturday July 1, the 110th Edition of the Tour de France will deliver an intense three weeks of gripping road racing. Covering over 3,400km and featuring some of the most gruelling stages ever seen, this year’s Tour will suck you in and is set to captivate the world, once again.

Following the Team’s success in 2022, this year’s Tour will look slightly different for the INEOS Grenadiers, with the line-up set to feature a host of Tour veterans and debutants, as well as previous Stage winners and those with the potential to grasp the maillot jaune in 2023.

Discover each of the riders’ favourite Science in Sport products that’ll be helping them through a hellish three weeks!

Dani Martinez – A heavy hitter when the road climbs, Dani has shown his exceptional ability to empty the tank for the cause. Of course, this means that we’ll need to ensure that his tank is topped up to the max with plenty of Beta Fuel Gels of course, as he goes looking for success in this year’s edition.

Carlos Rodriguez – After a strong top-10 showing at the Criterium, Carlos is heading to the Tour primed, and with the Grand Depart rolling out of Bilbao, he’ll have a lot of attention on him over the early stages. We’re sure that this combined with his favourite GO Energy Bakes in Tiramisu, might just give him the extra energy to do something special over opening weekend.

Ben Turner – The young Yorkshireman who is going from strength to strength with the Grenadiers. He’ll bring a strong presence and no doubt a few spare Lemon Beta Fuel Chews with him to this year’s race as they fuel him up for his debut Tour de France.

Omar Fraile – Another rider, who will be relishing the rollout in his home region of Spain, Omar will be looking to hunt down another Grand Tour stage and add to his impressive palmares. He’ll be a big addition in the high mountains, and if he’s found a few GO Energy Bakes at the bottom of his musette, he’ll be one to watch at the end of mountain stages!

Michael Kwiatkowski – A regular at the Tour, Kwiato knows his way around this race. He’ll be a calm head within the Grenadier pack when the racing begins, as he provides the team with that extra energy and motivation, we’ll be doing the same for him. All of the energy is in the form of his favourite Beta Fuel Chews of course.

Tom Pidcock – Coming back for more, Pidcock will be one to watch for this year’s Tour. Stealing the shoe on Bastille Day last year capturing his first Grand Tour stage in his debut Tour atop Alpe d’Huez. If the peloton sees Tom reaching for his favourite Grenade Gel (Beta Fuel Gel), from our bespoke range with the team, they know they’re in for an incredible showing.

Jonathan Castroviejo – Sure to receive the biggest cheer on Stage 1 as it the rolls through his hometown just a few km after beginning. It’ll be a big day for the Spaniard, so we’ll make sure a care package of Beta Fuel Chews and Go Energy Bakes arrives just in time to help him through. He’ll be a big team player in the mountains and right through the entire three weeks.

Egan Bernal – 2-time Grand Tour winner Egan is a force to be reckoned with over three weeks. It has been a long road to recovery for the Colombian but with the help of the superb team at the INEOS Grenadiers and the right nutritional support, Egan is raring to go. Whether he picks his moment for another stage win or supports the wider team in the high mountains, Egan is going to be a huge asset for the team, plus with some of his favourite Science in Sport REGO Cherry Juice, he’ll be able to recover quicker and go further, faster for longer, day after day.
