We’re so confident in our products effectiveness that we guarantee it.  If you’re not completely satisfied with the product then simply return the product in original packaging and you will receive a refund.

Our money back guarantee also extends to our delivery service offered.  We work hard to ensure every package arrives in excellent condition.  However, we accept that sometimes our couriers make mistakes.  If our couriers damage your products in transit you will receive a refund or replacement.

Terms & Conditions for Money Back Guarantee

  1. The guarantee only extends to SiS products purchased on scienceinsport.com
  2. The product must be returned in original packaging.
  3. The product must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (confirmation email)
  4. Refunds will be proportional to the amount of the order returned.
  5. No refund will be made for an order where two or more products of the same flavour with seals are broken.  For example, if you have purchased two 500g tubs of SiS REGO Rapid Recovery Chocolate and both products have been tried you no longer qualify for the guarantee.
  6. No refunds will be issued for the same item purchased on multiple occasions
  7. No refunds will be issued for good previously exchanged by this guarantee
  8. No refunds will be made for parcels delivered late, guarantee only covers damage to products in transit
  9. No refunds will be made for any aesthetic damage to parcels or packaging if the product is not damaged.  A product is only defined as damaged if the seals or packaging is pierced, tampered with or broken.
  10. Refunds and exchanges can only be made for products received within 30 days or the date of purchase
  11. We will not be held liable for returned goods being lost in transit. We do suggest returns to be made via a track and trace
  12. Returns must be sent to the address on our Contact Us page
  13. If you request an exchange rather than a replacement the products must be the same value or less
