The addition of caffeine has been shown to have many physiological benefits during exercise that can collectively improve performance. Caffeine can increase fat utilization, effectively sparing the use of our limited carbohydrate stores for later use during exercise.

The SiS Elite Labs Caffeine Shot contains 66mg of Magnesium (18% NRV) to help reduce tiredness and fatigue, along with helping contribute to healthy bones, muscles and blood sugar levels.

L-Citrulline DL-malate boosts your nitric oxide production, which helps improve blood flow throughout the body.

Suggested Use

HOW AND WHEN TO LAB SERIES CAFFEINE SHOT

Consume one shot (40ml) 30 minutes prior to exercise.

Consume once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children.

Contains a source of phenylalanine. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 24 hours.
