It is advised that 60-90g of carbohydrate is consumed per hour of endurance exercise. SiS GO Energy bake can be used as part of a carbohydrate loading strategy or on tough training days to maximise your body's carbohydrate stores, allowing you to perform better for longer.

FUEL WITH CARBOHYDRATE

To support performance and meet the demands of exercise, fuelling requirements for prolonged exercise are 60-90g of carbohydrate per hour. The GO Energy Bakes can be used to meet these demands as it contains glucose (20g) and fructose (10g) at a ratio of 2:1 which ensures high rates of carbohydrate oxidation when consuming >60 g/h of carbohydrates.

Good product. Nice to have a soft bake instead of gels. Bake is a little dry, need some water when using on the bike. But it is easy to eat.
