About Isotonic Energy Gel Mixed

Containing 10 of Science In Sport's Energys Gels, each delivers a rapid supply of easily digestible carbohydrate (22 grams) for energy to help with long rides and runs.

During long exercise sessions of those in warm weather, consume 1 gel every 60 minutes to maintain energy levels.
