Really is, "fuel". Going deep into the red on a climb or whatever activity. I just feel better for using this. The one downside; it's is hard work to mix in traditional "shaker" bottle! I've had to switch to using a blender and adding a little at a time to make sure it's all blended in. Possibly just my weak arms?
