Only recently started buying the gel with electrolyte, it's very good, ideal for long weekend run's as it gives that extra boost. Would definitely recommend trying it.

Dopo avere provato tanti gel (anche di altre marche) questa è la soluzione giusta per me. Consistenza corretta per una semplice fruizione, rapido rilascio di energia e gusto top (sembra di bere un moijto)

Sounds weird but very refreshing and added zing to wake up the taste buds, leave a clean taste on the palate and wake the stomach up! Almost feels like extra energy boost without chemicals!!
