GO Isotonic Energy Gels Mixed

I've never tried energy gels before and I was taken by surprise. The flavours were really nice even the ones that I wouldn't normally choose. The texture for me was kind of hard to swallow as it really is a thick gel but it did get easier the more I took them. Although, what really shocked me was that they actually gave me energy, because I've never gotten energy from anything before. Overall, I really like these gels and think they're amazing for giving me the energy I need to finish a workout.

Have been using these for several years now, they seem to work for me. They taste great too. Larger quantity packs not always readily available but that's only a minor issue for me.

Used them for years, kind on your stomach and easy to digest especially on long rides, easy to store.

I really like these gels and have used them for runs from 5km to half marathons. All the flavours are terrific and none are too sweet and sickly.

I would give 5 stars for taste if the pack didn't include the Vanilla gel. I love all the fruit and citrus type flavours, but the Vanilla is just odd for me.

Easy to take and I find they don't upset my stomach. I love the variety of flavours so I don't get bored taking them to power me for the international Masters Hockey tournaments.

This product never fails to give me a boost when I feel my cycling energy levels starting to drop and it's got me up some big Yorkshire hills with energy to spare at the top, if I remember to eat one 15 mins before the climb.
