SUGGESTED USE

Add 50g (two full scoops) to 500ml of cold water and shake. Best consumed between 30-60 minutes post-exercise for optimal recovery.

Carbohydrate is the predominant energy source that is used to fuel moderate to high-intensity exercise lasting 60 minutes or more. Your body needs carbohydrate to replenish glycogen stores to ensure you’re ready to go again. If you don’t refuel correctly after exercising you may begin your next training session or competition still feeling the effects of your last session. REGO Rapid Recovery contains 22g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin.

Really happy with the REGO Rapid Recovery (500g, Strawberry). Lovely flavour that isn’t overly sweet, mixes easily with water (no clumps!) and hits the spot straight after tough sessions. Feels like it genuinely helps with recovery — energy levels bounce back quicker so you’re ready for the next workout. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived well packaged. A solid addition to my recovery kit and I’ll definitely be buying again.

I used the sachets in the past and they tasted so much better. This new version just tastes like you are drinking chemicals. The seal on the pouch is fine when it is new, but as soon as you use the powder some of it gets into the seal, and it won't close properly. Please bring back the previous formula and the individual sachets.
