SCIENCE IN SPORT PRICE MATCH

As part of our Price Promise to our customers, if you find our products cheaper anywhere else we will match the price for you – Additional voucher type discounts are accepted but must be live and visible to all site visitors at the time we conduct the price match.

For instance, we will price match against any online price inclusive of a voucher discount, but only if the voucher is clearly available to all customers at the time we match the price. The website you find must sell directly to consumers, e.g., no auction or marketplace sites like eBay or Amazon resellers.

Information on where your price match has been found (include the current web links).

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Price match is only valid on Science in Sport items purchased through www.scienceinsport.com

Price match is only valid against online retailers – not stores.

All price matches are valid post-purchase. We are not able to match before you have a receipt.

The competitor’s product must be identical to that offered at Science in Sport (e.g., same pack size, colour etc.)

The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of the price matching.

Delivery costs are excluded & not taken into consideration.

The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and verifiable at the time of the price matching and cannot include any personal or membership discounts (including Sports Pursuit). We cannot match multi-item promotional offers like “buy one get one free”, bulk buying discounts, gift with purchases or part exchange discounts.

No other promotional offers or loyalty discounts can be used with a product which is price matched. In other words, discount vouchers cannot be applied to price matched products to receive a further discount.

Science in Sport reserves the right to decline matches against competitor prices which reasonably appear to be in error or against illegitimate or counterfeit stock. We also reserve the right to cease or modify this Price Match policy at any time.

When providing a price match post purchase, we will attempt to provide you a refund. Most payment methods allow for this, but some do not (e.g. bank transfers). In those cases, we will issue you a discount voucher, which will require you to have/set up a My Account to allow us to upload this via reward points to be used for a future purchase.

Multiple items may be purchased (or retroactively discounted post purchase to match a competitor price). Quantities must be reasonable for personal use or consumption.

A competitor’s price must be publicly available to purchase at the time our customer service team verify a competitor’s price at time of matching.

Science in Sport reserves the right to decline matches against competitor prices which reasonably appear to be in error or against illegitimate or counterfeit stock. We also reserve the right to cease or modify this Price Match policy at any time.

Our price match policy only applies to United Kingdom.

The ‘List Price’ for each product can be found on the Product Details Pages and on the Main Basket, when the product has been added to the basket.

UK

For orders being shipped to the UK, the ‘List Price’ refers to the UK Recommended Retail Price (RRP).

Outside of the UK

For orders being shipped to addresses outside of the UK, ‘List Price’ refers to the base price Science in Sport uses to calculate local prices.

It is set by Science in Sport based on the UK Recommended Retail Price (RRP) taking into account VAT differences, currency rates, the different costs of doing business outside the UK, and local market conditions. It does not necessarily equate to the local RRP in countries outside of the UK.

Standard UK deliveries usually take 3-5 days, but we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. There is also next day delivery available for UK customers.

If you would like to return your order you can send it back to us, within 14 days of you receiving the goods. The goods must be unopened and in the same condition they were received in - any items returned in conditions that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded and will not be sent back to you. To return the goods, first contact our friendly customer service team via email at support@scienceinsport.com to arrange the return. Unfortunately we are not able to cover the cost of return postage. We use a variety of couriers, primarily Hermes & UPS. It is not possible to select which courier your order is dispatched with.

After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. When our couriers pick up your order, you will receive a dispatch notice email. Depending on the courier used, you may receive further updates from this point.
