SCIENCE IN SPORT LIMITED – NATIONAL CYCLING SHOW TICKET GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Science In Sport Limited (a division of Science In Sport PLC) of 2nd Floor 16-18 Hatton Garden, Farringdon, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 8AT.
2. The Competition
2.1 The title of the competition is Science in Sport Cycling Show Ticket Giveaway.
2.2 Simply fill out the form above and get your Code for a free ticket to the National Cycling Show. [SW1] [LK2] [SW3]
3. How To Enter
3.1 The incentive will run from 10:00 on Tuesday 11th April 2023 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 on Tuesday 25th April 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive, or until the final ticket has been given away. Limit is 1,000 tickets.[SW4] [LK5] [SW6]
3.2 All entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the giveaway:
(a) Enter the giveaway via the dedicated webpage www.scienceinsport.com/national-cycling-show-competition-2023 and follow the on-page instructions to enter the online form. You will receive the Code to be used on https://nationalcyclingshow.com/ after successful entry. [SW7] [LK8] [SW9]
3.4 No purchase is necessary, and there is no charge to register for use of the website or any other charge to enter the giveaway using the entry methods referred to in clause 3.3 above.
3.5 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, untransmitted, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the giveaway.
3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility
4.1 The giveaway is only open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over on Tuesday 11th April 2023[SW10] [LK11] [SW12] .
4.2 In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the tickets. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the giveaway.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept giveaway entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) copies and not originals; or
(e) incomplete.
4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the free ticket.
5. The Free Tickets
5.1 The giveaway is to claim tickets to the National Cycling Show 2023, that takes place on 18th-19th June 2023. The ticket will be valid for Saturday and Sunday attendance.
5.2 The tickets are to be redeemed via Nationalcyclingshow.com, using code received from Science In Sport at the checkout. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
5.3 There is no cash alternative for the tickets.
5.4 The tickets are not negotiable or transferable.
6. Claiming The Tickets
6.1 The tickets may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
6.2 The tickets must be claimed via the National Cycling Show 2023, that takes place on 18th-19th June 2023. The ticket will be valid for Saturday and Sunday attendance. You must follow the instructions received via Science In Sport to claim the tickets.
6.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the tickets.
8. Limitation Of Liability
9. The Promoter makes no warranty or representation that the tickets will meet the expectations of any Entrant. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Ownership Of Competition Entries And Intellectual Property Rights
9.1 You agree that the Promoter and New York Road Runners may, but are not required to, make your entry available on the website scienceinsport.com and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the giveaway. You agree to grant the Promoter and New York Road Runners a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the giveaway entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the giveaway entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. Data Protection And Publicity
10.1 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Science In Sport Privacy Policy, which you can find here: https://www.scienceinsport.com/privacy-policy. See also clause 6.3 and clause 6.4, with regard to the announcement of winners.
11. General
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the giveaway.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.4 The ticket giveaway is capped at 1,000 tickets. Any entrants after 1,000 will not be able to receive their free ticket. We reserve the right to provide no further free tickets after 1,000 tickets and giveaway entrants.
