Recovery is all important and especially so when you get to my age! Having this after every long run and workout keeps me on track. Great in a smoothie with a banana and other fruit. Mixes really well and no lumps ever. I mix one scoop of this with one of the chocolate and that even better.

The flavour of this Rego is very much improved to my last batch, it’s definitely more Strawberry and less powdery, really good.

Utilissimo dopo qualsiasi allenamento o Corsa serve molto per alleviare i dolori muscolari post allenamento.

Il gusto cioccolato è quello che preferisco perché non è estremamente dolce. Dopo 2 ore di corsa riesce a placarmi quella sensazione di sete che che mi viene.

New packaging needs to be reviewed, it’s difficult to seal the pack once opened. Other than that, it’s still the best recovery drink on the market.

The new (to me) Vegan version of Rego tastes REALLY unpleasant, almost chemical in nature. Its overly sweet and tastes nothing like chocolate at all. The previous version was very tasty indeed, especially for a sports supplement. One to avoid methinks

Penso che dopo una corsa di almeno una ora ti aiuti. Lo preferivo in barattolo.

I have been using science in sport Rego Revovery powder for almost a year and it is my go to recovery drink after a hard workout whether in gym or a hard run, great taste and mixes really well in the science in sport shaker bottle

Il gusto vaniglia mi piace anche se u po' troppo dolce per i miei gusti. Questo gusto tende a fare molta schiuma, io normalmente lo scekero poi mi faccio la doccia e dopo lo bevo, in questo modo la schiuma sparisce.
