Add 50g (3 full scoops) to 500ml of water in a bottle & shake well.

SUGGESTED USE

I love this product. I use it on every ride to provide me with the energy I need. It's easy to mix, tastes great, doesn't give me any gut distress and most importantly provides the energy I need to complete my training and competitions.

Go Energy Powder is my go to SiS product. I use it in conjunction with SiS gels and energy bars, which ensures I am well fuelled throughout my ride. Before using SiS I use to suffer from bonking on longer rides. Since using SiS products, I haven't experienced any bonking.

If you want this with added electrolytes, make sure you get "GO Energy electrolyte". slight change in packaging appearance, made this mistake. However, tastes ok and mixes well after a lot of shaking.
