I find these very helpful when I'm in the gym do a long work out as they give me the extra energy while I'm doing my work out and the taste is really good and they don't take a lot of room up in your bag or in a pocket

This product never fails to give me a boost when I feel my cycling energy levels starting to drop and it's got me up some big Yorkshire hills with energy to spare at the top, if I remember to eat one 15 mins before the climb.
