I regularly use the clear recovery and whey protein after and during exercise. The order contained rapid recovery (strawberry). Oh dear I’m afraid on first try I couldn’t drink this at all. Way way too sweet so ditched the drink and will not use the rest. Shame as the other two are fine.

This has really made a difference. I've thought for some time that my diet was lacking in something but this makes up for it. Feeding much better.

Really happy with the REGO Rapid Recovery (500g, Strawberry). Lovely flavour that isn’t overly sweet, mixes easily with water (no clumps!) and hits the spot straight after tough sessions. Feels like it genuinely helps with recovery — energy levels bounce back quicker so you’re ready for the next workout. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived well packaged. A solid addition to my recovery kit and I’ll definitely be buying again.

I have the new vegan formula for rapid recovery, and even though I thought it was sweet for me, it has grown on me. You do feel the benefits.
