Chocolate Salted Caramel Banana Bread

Ingredients Required:

  • 60g Smart Protein Plant Salted Caramel
  • 250g Overripe Banana
  • 150g Blended Oats
  • 50g Milk Chocolate
  • 40g Liquid Egg Whites
  • 20g Cocoa Powder
  • 150ml Water
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • How To Make It:

    1. In a blender, pulse oats and baking powder until fine
    2. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix
    3. In the blender, add the bananas, egg whites and water and blend
    4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and mix well
    5. Chop the milk chocolate and add to the mixture
    6. Pour into alined 450g load tin and add desired toppings
    7. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes
    8. Leave to cool to room temperature then in the fridge overnight
    9. Add toppings of choice to serve
