About Daily Daily Omega 3
Omega 3 fatty acids are compounds usually found in oily fish, two of which are of importance when supplementing fish oil into your daily diet: EPA and DHA. Daily Omega 3’s consist of 550mg combined. Both EPA and DHA are building blocks of immune cells, act as inflammatory mediators and support cardiovascular health, making this a great supplement for general wellbeing as well as performance goals.

Ho preso questi integratori per la prima volta evitando di riprendere quelle comuni che si trovano nelle farmacie, al momento non trovo alcun aspetto negativo, per quanto riguarda l'efficacia, beh sarebbe da fare un check-up completo e scansionare in dettaglio le analisi del sangue.
