Acerca de Gel GO Energía Isotónica
El Gel GO Energía Isotónica fue el primer gel isotónico del mundo que ofrece un suministro fácil y fácilmente digerible de carbohidratos para obtener energía durante el ejercicio.
Están diseñados para ser consumidos sin agua, minimizando el riesgo de hinchazón que a veces puede ocurrir con el consumo excesivo de alcohol.
Le proporciona 22 gramos de carbohidratos por gel.
Características principales
El agotamiento de sus reservas de carbohidratos durante el ejercicio es una de las principales causas de la fatiga. Se sabe que la administración de carbohidratos adicionales durante el ejercicio mejora el rendimiento, los tiempos de carrera y retrasa la aparición de la fatiga.
La fórmula isotónica permite que el gel se digiera rápidamente, ya que no es necesario introducir líquido en el estómago para diluir el gel, lo que proporciona energía rápida. SiS Gel GO Energía Isotónica es muy práctico y se puede transportar fácilmente sin necesidad de botellas voluminosas.
Consuma de 1 a 3 geles por hora para administrar aproximadamente 60 gramos de carbohidratos y maximizar las tasas de utilización de carbohidratos. Donde la hidratación también es importante, los geles isotónicos de SiS GO también se pueden consumir con SiS GO Hydro o con el electrolito SiS GO para asegurar una combinación de energía y fluidos durante el ejercicio.
Instrucciones de uso
Simplemente rasgue la parte superior del empaque y consuma, no es necesario mezclar con agua.

Firstly the price is perfect. The gel is easy to take and goes down without water. It's easy to take on race day. The flavour is not amazing but it's better than alot of gels and isn't bad enough for you to spit it out like other gels.
