ALTERATIONS TO YOUR ORDER DETAILS

To ensure all orders are processed as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any amendments to an order/cancel an order once it has been placed. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to assist and go through our returns procedure.

BULK ORDERS

If a large quantity of products is ordered (£500+) which cannot be fulfilled by our standard delivery options, you will be contacted and a further payment will have to be made to ensure your goods are despatched and delivered. If you are planning on purchasing a large quantity of goods, to ensure smooth delivery please contact our Customer Service Team when you place your order.

Here at Science in Sport we take great care to ensure your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition and we are always looking for ways to improve our service. RETURNS

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. In the event that you are no satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to return your parcel, you can do so through our returns portal. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage. The product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must also not be broken.

The tracking number can be found on your return confirmation email, while your order number (e.g. #UK123456) can be found on your original order confirmation. *Please note, depending on the country you're from & the returns courier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse can vary. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
• For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
• Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse.

  Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

I'VE SENT A NON-SCIENCE IN SPORT ITEM BACK TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO?

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Science in Sport item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Science in Sport. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
