Anwendung
- Konsumiere 500 ml SiS GO Hydro 3-4 Stunden vor dem Wettkampf und weitere 250-500 ml in den Stunden vor dem Start.
- Bei kürzeren Belastungen, bei denen eine Kohlenhydratzufuhr nicht notwendig ist, nimm 500 ml SiS GO Hydro pro Stunde zu dir.
- Nach der Zubereitung innerhalb von 24 Stunden verbrauchen.
- Nimm nicht mehr als 4 Tabletten pro Tag zu dir.
- 1 Hydro-Tablette in 500ml Wasser einrühren und auflösen lassen.
