HOW AND WHEN TO USE GO ENERGY ISOTONIC GEL
Each GO Energy Isotonic Gel sachet contains 22 grams of carbohydrate. Depending on your sport or event, you should aim to consume 1-3+ gels every hour to reach a 60g-90g target intake. In some circumstances, such as cold weather, it may be necessary to consume more. Tear off the top of the packaging and squeeze the contents into your mouth as and when required.

These are great. I was using another product which I liked but this one is better because its not too sweet and sticky. The other product I was using was very sticky I guess it has more sugar in it not good if you get it on your hands and gloves. The SIS gel is really easy to digest and this flavour is not sickly. I will be using this one in future I really like it.
