When is the best time to take GO Energy + Immune Cranberry gels during exercise?
This depends on the duration of the ride. For short or intense rides of about 1 hour ideally take one GO Energy Immune – Cranberry in the first 5 to 10 minutes of exercise and ideally a second GO Energy + Immune gel 30 minutes before the end of exercise or immediately afterwards. When exercising for around 2 hours or more, one gel should be taken 5 to 10 minutes after starting exercise, ideally with a second gel taken 30 to 60 minutes before the end of exercise.
Do GO Energy + Immune gels contain drugs?
