Wann sollte ich dies im Vergleich zu euren anderen Gels einnehmen?
Versuche 1 x SIS GO Isotonic Energy Gel und 2 x SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gels pro Stunde während eines Trainings von mehr als 90 Minuten zu dir zu nehmen. Vor dem Training kann auch 1 x SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel verzehrt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass Elektrolyte für die Absorption von Flüssigkeit verfügbar sind.
Warum benötige ich Elektrolyte?
Während des Trainings werden Elektrolyte durch Schweiß ausgeschieden und müssen ersetzt werden, damit der Flüssigkeitshaushalt im Gleichgewicht bleibt und eine Dehydration vermieden wird.
Ist der Geschmack salzig?
Die Gele haben keinen salzigen Geschmack und sind in den erfrischenden Geschmacksrichtungen Himbeer und Zitrone sowie Minze erhältlich.
Sind diese Gele isotonisch?
Das SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel ist nicht isotonisch, da das zugesetzte Koffein die Konzentration des Gels erhöht.
