SUGGESTED USE

NERVE AND MUSCLE FUNCTION

As little as a 2-3% loss in body fluid during exercise can reduce performance as is essential for maintaining nerve transmission and muscle contraction efficiency. Consuming sodium rich drinks at a concentration of 30 mmol/l is shown to enhance rehydration compared to the consumption of water alone.

HYDRO Tablets provide this same sodium concentration (30mmol/l) and can therefore be used after exercise to accelerate the rehydration process when consumed in combination with sufficient fluids.
