There aren't many products that will increase pure speed per se. KR10 Creatine can will help maintain speed over repeated intervals, e.g. for 10 short sprints it is unlikely the first few would be any faster after creatine loading but you would notice a difference in the last few.

Speed is a product of power to weight so it may be a good idea to reduce your mass if speed is your current limiting factor.
