Pre Workout
Carbo Loading - If you're looking for quick, easy ways to increase your carbohydrate levels prior to the big event, PSP22 Energy can be mixed at high concentrations to provide a low bulk drink with plenty of Carbs. During Workout

Post Workout
Immediately After - Within 30 to 45 minutes after exercise REGO Recovery has a combination of Protein and Carbohydrates to start the regenerative process and boost your adaptation to exercise. REGO Recovery has a fairly thick smoothie type consistency, for a thinner alternative try REGO Rapid. Build Bars also have a combination of Protein and Carbohydrates so can be used as a convenient alternative, especially if you're going to be sat in an office after a morning workout.
