How much does delivery cost?

The cost of deliveries varies by location & method. Our standard UK delivery fee is £3.99, but all orders over £45 qualify for free standard delivery. SiS Premier offers unlimited next day delivery for a whole year for just £9.99! For full details, please see our deliveries page. If your delivery address is Ireland, then delivery is £5.99 and free on orders over £60 with a limit of 2kg on each order.

What is SiS Premier?

SiS Premier is a premium service that offers unlimited next day delivery and a number of other benefits - all just £9.99 for a whole year. For full details, see our Premier page.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK deliveries usually take 3-5 days, but we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. There is also next day delivery available for UK customers.

Can I change my order details after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, as we work so quickly to send out your order it is very difficult for us to change details after an order has been placed, however please don't hesitate to contact our support team using the details above who will do all they can to help you.

Can I use more than one discount code on a single order?

Only 1 discount code can be used per order. If more than 1 code is applied the the code offering the larger discount will usually take priority but it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct code is used.

Can I use my discount code on products that are on special offer?

Discount codes do not apply to products that are on special offer. Where a basket contains a mixture of full-priced products and those on special offer, the discount will only apply to the full-priced products. All products deemed to be on Special Offer can be identified by looking at the 'Special Offers' section of the website which can be located in the main menu.

How do I return my order?

In the event that you are no satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to return your parcel, you can do so through our returns portal. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return postage. The product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must also not be broken. Which couriers do you use?

We use a variety of couriers, primarily Hermes & UPS. It is not possible to select which courier your order is dispatched with.

Will I get a dispatch email when my order is dispatched?

After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. When our couriers pick up your order, you will receive a dispatch notice email. Depending on the courier used, you may receive further updates from this point.

What are the use by dates on your products?

Each batch has a new expiry date generated so we cannot advise what your expiry date will be for the product you purchase as they are picked at random. However our minimum guarantee is 3 months + on bars/gels, and 6 months + on tablets/powders. If an item is short-dated (less than our minimum guarantee) this should be advertised on site in red font in the item description.
